In 2001, Executive Blueprint, Inc. (EBI) was founded on an idea that addressed leadership and operational challenges for executives and businesses by providing unique integrated solutions and thought leadership. The idea overtime manifested into a guiding set of principles which remain at the core of Executive Blueprints’ mission. Over the years, the company more fully developed these principles by creating solutions and value offerings within the Executive Search and Leadership Advisory practices.
